Hard checks on risky steps

Claude can draft purchase-order allocations, but the planner refuses to publish while any line allocates more stock than is open. Its only NetSuite write can create a record once, and buyer personal data is removed before Claude sees an order.

Helpdesk ticket routing

Claude Haiku reads each new systems ticket raised in Slack and routes it into one of 8 team queues. Any invalid answer falls back to manual triage.
